How to read these deadlines

Every conference here has a submission window that is still open today. The countdown shows working days remaining, and anything already closed drops off automatically rather than lingering as a dead link.

Submission deadlines usually fall two to four months before the conference itself. If you need a visa, work backwards from the event date rather than the deadline — appointment waits of three months are common for European and North American destinations.

Where a listing is marked Unverified, we could not confirm the organiser's details against their own website. That is not proof of a problem, but check before paying a registration fee. No conference can guarantee Scopus indexing in advance, because proceedings are assessed after publication — treat any such promise as a warning sign.
