What we do
ConferenceSked is a free directory of international academic conferences. We collect call-for-papers announcements, submission deadlines, and event details across every research field and publish them in one searchable place. Researchers use the site to find upcoming conferences, track deadlines before they close, and set up free email alerts for their subject area and preferred countries.
Who it's for
The site is built for researchers, PhD students, and academics who need to publish and present their work at international conferences. Whether you are looking for a Scopus-indexed venue in your field, a fully funded conference, or simply the next open call for papers in your country — ConferenceSked is the starting point.
How listings work
Conferences are listed in two ways: organisers submit their events directly through our free submission form, and we also collect publicly announced calls for papers from official conference websites. Every listing links back to the official site so researchers can verify details directly with the organiser before registering or paying any fees.
We do not charge organisers to list a conference, and we do not charge researchers to access the directory or sign up for alerts. Read our verification policy.
