Submission deadlines usually fall two to four months before the conference itself. If you need a visa, work backwards from the event date rather than the deadline — appointment waits of three months are common for European and North American destinations.
Where a listing is marked Unverified, we could not confirm the organiser's details against their own website. That is not proof of a problem, but check before paying a registration fee.
