World Wide Web, Linked data, Information retrieval, Semantic Web and RDF are the subjects of interest in the conference. International Conference on Semantic Systems focuses on World Wide Web research which is adjacent to topics in Ontology (information science). The research on Ontology (information science) featured in the event combines topics in other fields like Context (language use) and Knowledge management. The Linked data research presented in International Conference on Semantic Systems explores the relationship between SPARQL and the closely related topic of Query language.
