Welcome to theINTERNATIONAL WORKSHOP ON LEGAL AFFAIRS AND CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION IN ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION 2025(Internat. LADR Workshop 2025), co-sponsored by ASCE's Construction Institute (CI).
For the 6thworkshop of this international series, always held in excellent locations, we will be pleased to welcome you in the beautiful Leipzig/Germany – one of the most beautiful, liveliest and fastest growing cities in Germany. The city in the East of Germany is a trendy destination for travelers. With over 15,600 cultural monuments, Leipzig is Germany's capital of monuments. The flair of the Leipzig city center is due to the special features of its urban architecture. Whether you love historical buildings, music, art, sports or cars – the choice is up to you. Leipzig is looking forward to your visit.
All accepted manuscripts are expected to be presented at the workshop and will be published in a special collection of the Journal of Legal Affairs and Dispute Resolution (LADR), a Journal of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) indexed in Scopus and included in the Web of Science (ranked in Quartile 1 in the SCIMAGO Journal and Country Rank [SJR]).
Host of the InternationalLADR Workshop 2025will be the HTWK Leipzig. University of Applied Sciences. The university was founded in 1992, but its academic tradition traces back to the year 1838. The HTWK Leipzig stands out among the higher education institutions in the region on account of its exceptionally broad spectrum of engineering and technical disciplines.
