2025 7th International Conference on Software Engineering and Development (ICSED 2025)aims to provide a forum for researchers, practitioners, and professionals from the industry, academia and government to discourse on research and development, professional practice in Software Engineering and Development. ICSED 2017 was held in Bangkok, Thailand, ICSED 2018 was held in Chengdu, China, ICSED 2021 and ICSED 2022 was held online because of the covid-19, ICSED 2023 was held online and offline combination inSingapore.ICSED 2024 was heldinHong KongduringMay 29-31, 2024.ICSED 2025will be held in  Bangkok, Thailand during October 29-31, 2025.
ICSED 2025 is sponsored by National Institute of Development Administration,  ACM Singapore Chapter and Singapore Institute of Electronics. Submissions will be peer reviewed by conference committees members, and accepted papers will be published in theinternational conference proceedings ,which will be indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.
Submission & Review Process
Authors are solicited to contribute to the conference by submitting articles that illustrate research results, projects, surveying works and industrial experiences. Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference. After the paper submission, it will be sent to be blind and peer reviewed by 2-3 reviewers. Only revised papers that pass the second review will be accepted. ICSED do not accept multiple submissions, plagiarism, and self-plagiarism. Submissions in violation will be rejected without review.
