Signal and image processing technologies play a pivotal role in the rapid development of the information era, with broad applications in medical diagnostics, intelligent manufacturing, transportation systems, and communication networks. With continuous breakthroughs in artificial intelligence, deep learning, and high-performance computing technologies, signal and image processing is advancing toward greater intelligence and automation at an accelerated pace. These advancements are driving the digital transformation of traditional industries and the emergence of innovative application scenarios. From efficient data processing to precise pattern recognition, innovations in this field are providing smarter and more efficient solutions for societal development. Meanwhile, in response to growing complexities in global demand and technological challenges, international academic exchanges and cross-disciplinary collaborations have become essential for driving technological breakthroughs and expanding applications.The 10th International Conference on Signal and Image Processing (ICSIP 2025) will be held in Wuxi, China during July 12-14, 2025. The conference is co-sponsored by Southeast University, China, hosted by Wuxi Campus of Southeast University, and co-hosted by the School of Cyber Science and Engineering of Southeast University, with strong support from Macao Polytechnic University, China, Technical University of Denmark, Denmark, University of Aberdeen, UK, University of Wollongong, Australia and Nantong Institute of Technology, China.As a significant international academic conference in the field of signal and image processing, ICSIP 2025 will provide a high-level platform for global scholars, researchers, and industry experts to exchange ideas, discuss the latest research findings, explore technological trends, and investigate paths to industrialization.
